Due to an unexpected health issue of a key team member, Faconhost has been unattended for the past two months. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
At present, the company has officially filed for Dormant Company status with the UK Government (Companies House) to temporarily suspend all business operations. Once our teammate has fully recovered, we plan to resume normal operations.
During this period, we are actively liquidating company assets to settle upstream provider fees, process customer refunds, and pay out affiliate commissions.
We fully understand the concerns of clients who have initiated disputes during this downtime, and Faconhost will take full responsibility for any resulting penalties or consequences.
We are organizing all customers’ virtual machine image files (including .qcow2, .vmdk, .img, and other formats), which will be uploaded to the company’s OneDrive cloud storage. Each client will receive a download link to retrieve their own data.
